Family First would like to inform you of the scheduled closures and hours of operation over the holidays.

During the holidays, there will be minimal pre-booked appointments. Registered patients of Family First will be able to walk-in for urgent care needs. Doctors are working to resolve a single minor urgent problem for each patient. For all other needs, please book an appointment with your Family Doctor during standard office hours.

Wednesday, December 27, 2023 - 8 am to 8 pm

Thursday, December 28, 2023 - 8 am to 8 pm

Friday, December 29, 2023 - 8 am to 3 pm

Saturday, December 30, 2023 - 8 am to 2 pm

Sunday, December 31, 2023 - Closed

Monday, January 1, 2024 - Closed

Tuesday, January 2, 2024 - Regular hours resume

Dynacare Lab

The Dynacare blood lab will be close from Saturday, December 23, 2023 until Monday, January 1, 2024 inclusively. The lab will be open on Friday, December 22, 2023 as normal from 8 am - 4 pm and will be the last blood lab before the holiday period.

Pomelo Health
(formerly Health Myself)

Beginning December 22, 2023 until January 2, 2024, Health Myself will be closed for incoming messages. This means you will not be able to compose messages during the holiday period and you must call the clinic. We are only offering urgent care services through the holiday period.
